The client understands that all data forwarded to Metabolic Balance GmbH is for the sole purpose of generating their individual metabolic balance nutrition plan. This includes personal data; medical and health data; blood analysis and values; nutrition data, including food allergies. Metabolic Balance GmbH commits itself not to share or pass on any such data to any third parties. Metabolic Balance GmbH promises to delete all data relating to the client after 2 years from its process and access to the clients meal plan is no longer possible.
